📢 Important Announcement for International Students

The International Students Affairs Unit at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the opening of applications for unified admission for international (non-Jordanian) students wishing to study in various majors, programs, and degree levels starting from the first semester of the academic year (2025 / 2026) in Jordanian universities.

The Ministry would like to clarify the following points:

  1. The application process will begin on the morning of Sunday, 01-06-2025, and will continue until the end of the working day on Wednesday, 01-10-2025, or until all available seats in the various programs and specializations are filled. Applications are submitted through the unified electronic admission system for international students, where the student can access the system, submit the application, and upload the required documents.

  2. The student must pay the application fee of (35) Jordanian Dinars only via the eFAWATEERcom electronic payment service.

  3. The Jordanian Ministry of Education, through the same unified electronic admission system, will verify the student's high school documents and either approve them or issue a temporary equivalency.

  4. Finally, the student will receive a preliminary, conditional, or final acceptance from the concerned university, based on the student's choices, or the admission application will be rejected with the reason for rejection explained.

  5. The student may enter up to ten choices in the admission application, either at a single university or across several universities.

  6. To view the available majors in Jordanian universities for the first semester of 2025–2026, and to watch explanatory videos on the application process in addition to submitting the application, please visit the Study in Jordan portal .

    7. The Ministry also notes that the process of accepting international (non-Jordanian) students at public Jordanian universities will only be conducted through this electronic system. For private universities, the student may use this system or communicate directly with the concerned university without resorting to any intermediaries of any kind or paying any additional fees to any party.
